Charles has a passion for not only collecting data, but using it to drive business. Charles has worked heavily in the education and professional services space, training and informing many departments and individuals on the value of Google Analytics and data. In addition Charles has trained individuals in roles such as Director of Marketing, Branding Manger, Demand Generation Manager, E-Commerce Manager, SEO Specialist, Web and User Interface Designers, and many more.
Charles spends his time primarily within the Google Analytics Interface leveraging the new features of Google Analytic including Multi-Channel Funnel Tools, Social Engagement and Reporting, as well as Path Analysis. Charles leverages his skill with segmentation, dashboards, and custom reports to deliver high quality training, analysis and consulting.
